Can I withdraw after signing?

Yes. The LOI has no hidden conditions, and you can withdraw at any time.

When does CRUX A1 ship?

We have not confirmed a release date yet. CRUX A1 is in engineering now. We conduct thorough testing and safety standard before release. We will notify all partners with timelines once we confirm on our side.

What is a Pilot and is it safe?

Before release, you can choose to test out CRUX A1 on your store. This is completely safe. We ensure that the machines are operating within strict guidelines. The Pilot is completely optional and will not be enforced in the LOI agreement.
